• Malware distribution, credential theft, fraud, extortion, or any criminal conduct.
• Content violating privacy, consumer protection, telecom, sanctions, or anti-spam laws.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, abuse controls, or enforcement actions.

You are solely responsible for recipient consent, message content, campaign compliance, and lawful use in each applicable jurisdiction.

3. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Cooperation

To protect the platform, users, carriers, and the public, we may monitor usage signals, investigate suspected violations, and take any action we deem necessary, including blocking traffic, suspending numbers, freezing credits, restricting access, or terminating accounts without notice.

We may preserve and disclose relevant records where required or permitted by law, including cooperation with regulators, telecom providers, and law enforcement.

4. Fees, Credits, and Refunds

Pricing, credits, and number rental fees are displayed in the Service and may change at any time. Unless required by law, purchased credits and fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for taxes and carrier-related charges associated with your use.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

Delivery and availability depend on third parties (including carriers, telecom providers, and payment processors). We are not responsible for third-party outages, filtering, delays, rejections, pricing changes, or policy decisions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, regulatory penalties, or third-party claims arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless msgr, its owner(s), operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, penalties, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your messages, campaigns, content, or recipient targeting.
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Your misuse of the Service, including malicious or unauthorized conduct.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, number, or transaction at our sole discretion if we suspect abuse, legal risk, non-payment, security threats, or violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
